Scope Marketing attempts to keep this website up to date as often as possible and aim for all information to be as accurate as possible. As information may change we do not guarantee its accuracy at any time, interested parties should make their own enquiries to satisfy themselves in every respect. By entering this site you agree to these terms and conditions.
This Statement of Privacy applies to www.scopemarketing.co.nz. Protecting your private information is our priority and by using our website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. If you complete an enquiry form or provide your email address or phone number to Scope Marketing, your personal details collected will only be used by Scope Marketing to communicate with you. All information, copy and imagery provided on and available from this website are not to be modified or altered in any way. Content may be viewed online and reproduced in hard copy only for your personal reference. The use of any content is the risk of the user, and are subject to the users general legal obligations.
These Terms and Conditions define the obligations and relationship between Scope Marketing and the person/s or Company specified in the quotation (the client). By confirming the use of services, you have accepted all terms and conditions by Scope Marketing.
Scope Marketing will only proceed upon written confirmation of the design quotation. Approval of the quotation will constitute an agreement between Scope Marketing and the client.
1. Nature or Copy
Artwork, images and copy supplied by the client, will remain as the client’s responsibility and will be deemed as supplied to Scope Marketing with relevant authority for use. Scope Marketing will accept no responsibility for copyright issues regarding supplied artwork, images and copy. The client is responsible for supplying content and imagery free from infringement for all trademarks, service marks, and copyright.
Costs quoted only for professional services do not include purchases of stock photos, fonts, printing, domains, hosting or any other additional fees after processing the agreed services. Additional expenses will be itemised on relevant invoices or you will be notified via email.
3. Payment and Refunds
Full payment is due 14 days from the date of invoice, otherwise specified in the initial quote or agreement. Under no circumstances does Scope Marketing offer refunds.
Whilst every care will be taken, no responsibility will be accepted by Scope Marketing for errors found after final approval by the client (Spelling mistakes, misalignment etc). Artwork approval must be emailed to Scope Marketing before printing is commenced.
It is the client’s responsibility to check all proofs carefully for accuracy. The client’s email of approval is acknowledgement that the proof has been evaluated and considered correct in every aspect. There will be no remedy from Scope Marketing for errors or omissions carried over from approved proof to final print.
Each individual design package or service has a set number of revisions. If further revisions are required there may be additional charges applicable. The client will need to approve additional charges for extra design revisions. Scope Marketing will not be responsible for revisions after final files are sent to the client. Revising designs are now the client’s responsible and will come at the client’s own cost.
Please enquire about the number of revisions relevant to your design. This is your responsibility to ask and extra fees may apply if exceeding the amount of revisions for your designs with Scope Marketing (Generally 2-3 rounds of revision)
The Service Provider will not be liable for loss, damage or delay of Client's project due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact Client. In the event of such loss, damage or delay, Service Provider will make every effort to notify Client immediately.
7. Design Work Product Ownership
Any works developed by Scope Marketing will be the exclusive property of the Client and Scope Marketing. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the clients also agrees to Scope Marketing using imagery of designs on their website (www.scopemarketing.nz)and social media (https://www.facebook.com/scopemarketing and showcase their services.Feedback may also be used as testimony across these digital platforms.
By accepting the Terms and Conditions listed above you acknowledge all areas of the process by Scope Marketing and understand that some add on fees may apply. You also acknowledge that any designs not purchased belong to Scope Marketing. Using files such as unwanted revisions is illegal and will be taken very seriously as this is recognised as copyright and theft.
